REBRANDING____CAMPAIGN____DESIGN
The company: Altered Reality Zone (ARZ), also known as Janus Digital Enterprises Ltd is a UK small business offering Virtual Reality (VR) rental sets. It offers VR game experiences and equipment rental in 2 types of rental packages - ‘Fully-loaded’ and ‘Play-By-Post. ARZ’s USPs are providing portable, hassle-free, and flexible packages with professional and high-quality VR experience services to the customer’s event. The business is also committed to CSR values, supports local charities, and focuses more on business events.
The Challenge: Due to the fierce competition and USPs no longer a point of difference, ARZ is looking for strategies to raise awareness of their product and sales. The company would like to consider a brand re-fresh to stand out and reflect its USPs. The challenge is to develop or revitalise brand design and communication strategies to effectively convey organisational values and attitudes that attract customers.
The Approach: As a Brand Developer working in a branding agency, a detailed internal and external analysis of the company is carried out using multiple branding models, concepts and theories to identify strategies and opportunities for brand revitalisation. It is recommended to undergo Image-repositioning to improve its brand image, thereby enhancing brand equity, awareness and growth.
The Insight: The insight is formed with the combination of the CEO's beliefs in mental health awareness, current workplace well-being issues, and the abilities of VR gamification to treat mental health issues and phobias. A human truth has been identified: Human fear of being judged, looking dumb, and ignorant at work.
The Big Idea: Aethon-VR; Empowered humans through fun VR experiences.
