The Brief: In conjunction with BLINK Welcome Offer 2021, BonusLink wants to launch a campaign where they encourage existing BonusLink cardmembers to download the BonusLink app (BLINK) and register. Points will be rewarded to BonusLink members who download & register within the first 3 months.
The Approach: The team and I were thinking about how can we entice customers by helping them to visualise the many rewards they can receive when they earn and redeem BonusLink points. We approach it from the angle of frequently being asked if we want a plastic bag for our purchase. Hence, the bag's copy also helps advertise the exchange value of what BonusLink can offer.
The Insight: Points are virtual. People often find it challenging to see the value. Points usually don’t mean much to people until they can see it in the form of what they are worth, or understand what they can get from it.
The Big Idea: BonusLink The Rewards Bag.
